1. Get a free estimate. To book a spot in our schedule, we require a 50% deposit and authorization to do  the work on your home or business.
2. After booking and authorizing your quote, we will set up a meeting to start talking about the colors and potential start date. On this call we will also address any other concerns or details that need to be managed prior to delivering on the work that is requested.
3. Before we start Spraying N Rolling, test patches will be done to ensure you like your color selection. At this point, if needed, we will provide any information needed to send to your approval authority. i.e. HOA, Property Manager, etc. The week leading up to the job you can expect phone calls to confirm your estimated start date.
4. The day we start Spraying N Rolling, we will let you know what time you can expect us to arrive each day. We will speak with you daily and update you on the progress of the job and address any concerns right away.
5. When we have completed Spraying N Rolling, we will take you around the work area, complete any last touch up and ask for a final  payment.
6. We would also appreciate it if you would fill out a short survey letting us know how the  process was for you. Your feedback is very valuable to us. We strive to earn any referrals or reference letters to express your satisfaction with the work we do and with our company.
